  • Self-service skillmanagement
     

    With rexx Skilldetect you can easily determine staff skills using our self-service system. Create the questionnaires you require quickly and easily from your skills tree by using the drag and drop option - or create new skills as you go.

    The questionnaires are sent out automatically by e-mail and integrated tracking shows where responses are missing. Skills Detect is ideal for an initial stock-taking of staff skills, for project staffing in which specific skills are required, or simply for personalised staff surveys.

    rexx makes it possible to combine skills across all modules. In this way, target values can be attached to planned posts and to free skills specifications - or skills that are missing from a post can be associated with appropriate training courses.

    Using powerful matching and reminder functions, the ideal and the reality can be brought together at the click of a mouse: the most appropriate candidate for a vacant post, suitable teams for project staffing, potential participants in a course, reminders about a training course that takes place regularly or individual career planning through the company.
     
  • Personnel Development  with  Skillmanagement

    rexx HR offers a universal interface for the import of data from all payroll software. Different salary types and payments are supported: monthly salaries, hourly wages, daily rates, bonuses, premiums, calculation formulas for annual payments, etc.

    Payments for all employees are clearly laid out in the digital personnel files – both individual payments and salary development. Employees’ salary development is displayed in a graph in the development chart, including planned future salary changes. Dispense with the distribution of paper pay slips and instead make salary statements available for download by your employees in the portal.

rexx skills diagrams provide an overview of employees’ strengths and weaknesses, their classification in comparison to the skills profile required for their position or, in a group diagram, a team’s skills.

Each skill can be considered from all sides: how do employees rate themselves? How do employees wish to develop specific skills? How do their superiors rate these skills, and how do they wish to develop their employees’ skills?
