By joining the association, the company is strengthening its network within Germany’s SME-driven IT sector and stepping up its commitment to digital sovereignty, technological innovation and IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.**

BITMi is Germany’s largest IT association dedicated exclusively to representing the interests of small and medium-sized IT companies. It brings together more than 2,500 businesses and advocates, among other things, for digital sovereignty, technological innovation and fair competition. Its aim is to strengthen the German and European IT SME sector and further develop independent digital capabilities.

For Rexx Systems, joining BITMi provides an opportunity to contribute its own perspectives from the software industry and the digitalisation of HR processes, while also benefiting from the experience of other member companies. As a German provider of HR software, Rexx Systems can contribute particular expertise in digital solutions for HR management, recruitment and the needs of medium-sized businesses.
