rexx systems is gearing up for further growth and is strengthening its sales team with Niels-Philipp Ohlen as the new Head of Sales from 1 March 2025.
With his many years of experience in sales management and his expertise in the B2B software industry, he will assume responsibility for the strategic expansion of sales. While the Customer Success team will continue to provide comprehensive support to existing customers, Sales will focus more strongly on acquiring new customers.

Experience in B2B software and digital business models
Niels-Philipp Ohlen brings with him extensive experience from strong sales industries. He most recently worked at Xing (New Work SE), where he worked at the interface between sales and digital B2B services. Prior to that, he focussed on building new customer relationships at Barmenia Versicherung. With his experience in scaling sales structures and digital business models, he will play a key role in driving the strategic development of the sales team at rexx systems.
