“We were on the lookout for a solutions provider, who could not only successfully implement the digitisation process, but also handle the transformation of our recruitment, personnel development and event management processes”, Gabriele Wüstner, SAP-HR Project Manager at LEONHARD WEISS describes the requirements that this long established German construction company expects from an HR-Software. These are certainly the best prerequisites to master the technological challenges of human resources management. “Our decision fell on the rexx systems suite and we have already successfully implemented the majority of the basic system modules”, Wüstner explains. “Further modules, such as Event Management, Skill Management and 360° Feedback are still in the project phase. Our goal is software implementation of all processes surrounding our LW Academy, with approximately 1,600 events, as well as personnel development, from onboarding right through to leaving the company.” The simple to use, highly scalable software module from rexx systems covers the whole HR process chain. Modules can be integrated individually or step by step as part of a complete networked package.
“From the kick off, through pilot testing to the system going live, it took us 12 months to implement the current modules. It was important to us to include the future users of the software in this process in order to promote its acceptance”, says Wüstner, outlining the software’s trouble-free implementation process. “This can either be done with practical cloud software, or with on premise software on your own servers”, Florian Walzer, Head of Sales & Marketing at rexx systems explains. He also adds: “Within the framework of the software’s introduction, our concept is to train our customers to administrate the software themselves and to be capable of operating it flexibly.”
