With a new interface to Stepstone, Rexx Systems simplifies the publication and evaluation of job advertisements.
Companies can now publish their vacancies directly from the Rexx Suite on Stepstone’s job platform – without having to go through external multiposters and in a fraction of the time it used to take.

What used to take several days now takes just one: thanks to direct integration with Stepstone, job advertisements can be published directly from the Rexx Suite. This not only saves companies time, but also allows them to benefit from a seamless connection between job postings, applicant management and analysis.
The new interface optionally transfers structured profile data – such as qualifications, skills or professional experience – from the Rexx recruiting software to the Stepstone database. This means that suitable candidates receive relevant job offers, while companies receive more accurate applications and benefit from more efficient selection processes.
