Rexx Systems is expanding its management team with Helmut Maier Eggersmann, who will play a key role in partnerships and expansion. The experienced business development expert will take on the newly created position of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) in November 2025 and will be responsible for establishing and expanding strategic alliances, sales cooperations, and market partnerships.

Experience in SaaS, HR tech, and business development
Maier Eggersmann brings over 15 years of experience in scaling digital business models to the table. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales & Recruitment DACH at WorkGenius / Expertlead, where he successfully expanded SaaS and HR tech business models and was responsible for M&A-related projects. Prior to that, he headed up sales and held various management positions in the HR and recruiting industry.
