The 7th rexx Recruiting Award was presented at the rexxperience customer event on 29 August 2024. Twenty-one creative and outstanding submissions did not make it easy for the jury.
There were also around 10,000 votes from the public voting. In the end, four campaigns won the race this year. Due to a tie in the evaluation of the votes and the points awarded by the jury, we awarded two 3rd places.
1. place at the rexx Recruiting Award 2024: Karls Markt OHG
The jury praised the successful combination of offline and online recruiting. This challenge is not always easy, but in this case it was a flawless success. The authenticity and approachability of the family business, which comes across through the creative and somewhat crazy campaign, is impressive and scored the most points with the jury.
2. place at the rexx Recruiting Award 2024: Justaddsugar
‘Putting People First’ – The agency has understood how New Recruiting works: Appealing videos on TikTok show the company’s values and philosophy and reflect them authentically and effectively. This appeals to younger generations in particular and embodies the culture of Justaddsugar itself through social media. In a short space of time, they have generated a wide reach and high numbers of applicants.
3. place at the rexx Recruiting Award 2024: H World International
The company has succeeded in combining a special blend of approachability and visibility of the staff in this campaign in an impressive way. The professional approach provides authentic insights. Another decisive factor was the public vote, which ultimately tipped the scales and deservedly put the campaign in third place.
3. place at the rexx Recruiting Award 2024: ZIEHL-ABEGG
Without paid advertising, the company has managed to achieve an enormous reach throughout Germany (including radio stations). The effort and innovative approach deserve enormous recognition. The campaign is linked to faces that are associated with the company.
We would like to thank all participants for their insights into extraordinary recruiting campaigns and of course our fantastic jury, consisting of Linh Grethe, Laura Weber, Lea Martin, Marius Leuchtner and the approx. 10,000 votes from the public. It shows once again what extraordinary and innovative ways companies are taking to find the right talent for their organisation.
Since 2018, rexx systems has presented the rexx Recruiting Award for particularly innovative and inspiring recruiting and employer branding campaigns. The submission phase for 2024 is already in full swing.
It is always fascinating to see what great recruiting campaigns companies implement. The challenge of finding suitable personnel is now being met in a variety of creative ways. You can participate with the campaign as a company or as a participating agency, in consultation with the company featured. Possible contributions include your career website, successful recruiting events, videos, social media activities, or specific target group campaigns, including print and TV advertising. Please also let us know the challenges and objectives of your campaign as well as a brief company presentation.

Die jury of the rexx Recruiting Award 2024
We are very pleased that this year not only the website has a new design, but that we can also welcome two new members to the jury:
Laura Weber founded the employer branding start-up Clyr and uses her extensive experience in consulting to develop automated strategies with the help of AI technology.
Linh Grete has her roots in marketing and is now a leading HR voice, podcaster and founder of the HR Collective, a community for HR professionals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Two familiar faces from last year are back:
Lea Martin, founder of Unterwald.de, brings her extensive experience in IT and the digital sector to her role as a consultant and lecturer for digitalisation in recruiting.
Marius Leuchtner is a passionate HR manager. He is responsible for employer branding, recruiting and personnel development at the rainwater management expert Hauraton.
