More than 80 customers came together for the fourth rexxperience in Hamburg from 28 – 29 August 2024 in perfect weather. For two days, they discussed HR topics and how to use the rexx software and talked shop.
The event kicked off on Wednesday evening with a boat trip through Hamburg harbour followed by a get-together at StrandPauli, which offered the opportunity to get to know other HR professionals and rexx users in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
On the main day, Thursday, there were presentations by rexx sales managers and consultants in the 25hours HafenCity on various topics such as document workflows & digital signatures, job portal relaunch or AI-supported knowledge management.
High-quality presentations and discussions in an informal atmosphere
Professional presentations and networking form the framework for the informal and approachable event in unusual locations in Hamburg. In addition, there was always room for discussion and dialogue, as the event is primarily about exchanging ideas with one another.
The rexxperience offers a great platform to get to know other colleagues from the HR sector, to talk in depth with the people from rexx and to make valuable contacts. New possibilities in the rexx software and ways of working in HR are presented.

Of course, the guests were well catered for and there was also plenty of fun to be had: the photo wall with the Hamburg skyline and rexxperience lettering in front of which the guests photographed themselves made it onto many social media profiles.
After a relaxed lunch, the next round began in the afternoon. Discussions and workshops on various topics took place in different rooms.
Special highlight: The presentation of the rexx Recruiting Award
The participants were extremely enthusiastic about the wide range of options that the rexx Suite offers for digitally mapping HR processes and optimising workflows. One important realisation was that with rexx there are often several paths that can lead to the goal.
A special highlight this year was the presentation of the 7th rexx Recruiting Award, which was presented for the first time as part of rexxperience. This gave the four nominated parties the opportunity to present their campaigns to a broad professional audience and share important insights and learnings from their successful recruiting campaigns.
The day ended on a relaxed note with a relaxed dinner at NENI on Thursday evening and continued to provide space for dialogue late into the night.

A look behind the scenes at rexx systems
