Zukunft Personal Europe – the annual class reunion of the HR industry:

Three eventful trade fair days lie behind rexx systems. Over 20,000 HR professionals came to Cologne to find out about and exchange information on the latest trends and developments in the HR sector.

The sales team was delighted with the large number of visitors to the stand. It was a lively exchange with many good conversations. Everything revolved around the major current HR topics, such as diversity in companies, skills shortages and demographic change. But digital transformation and artificial intelligence in HR were also important aspects. With AI assistant Rai, rexx systems is right at the cutting edge here.

Another highlight this year was the many people who were out and about at the trade fair with the rexx systems lanyard around their necks.

Our sales managers were also part of the extensive stage programme. They shared their HR expertise on HR and the use of HR software in specialist presentations. Among other things, they focussed on management self-service, correct budgeting and project planning as well as stumbling blocks and pitfalls when introducing HR software.

It was a successful few days at Zukunft Personal Europe 2024. The trade fair provided an excellent platform for discovering the latest HR trends and innovations. The intensive dialogue with experts and interested parties and the strong interest in digital solutions show how important modern HR approaches are for the working world of the future. Once again this year, the trade fair provided valuable impetus and offered numerous opportunities for networking.

As every year, rexx systems will also be represented at Zukunft Personal Europe, the largest HR trade fair in the German-speaking world, in 2024. We look forward to welcoming you to Cologne from 10 to 12 September for an open exchange and creative networking. Sunny home game for rexx systems at Zukunft Personal Nord from 23 – 24 April 2024 in Hamburg. This year, numerous visitors once again took the opportunity to find out about and exchange information on the latest developments and trends in HR, personnel development, recruiting, digitalisation and New Work.

Whether on the packed keynote stage, in personal discussions at exhibition stands or in the workshop area – Zukunft Personal Nord had something for every visitor.

The trade fair also focussed on artificial intelligence and its impact on the world of work. So it was only natural that rexx systems also presented a new top feature.

New features: AI assistant Rai makes everyday HR work easier in the rexx Suite

As always, there was a lively exchange at the rexx systems stand about the latest insights, HR trends and opportunities offered by the HR software from rexx systems. Applying with WhatsApp and whistleblowing are big topics.

And of course AI: with the new feature Rai, the rexx artificial intelligence in the rexx Suite, rexx systems is revolutionising the standard of HR software. The AI assistant is at the user’s side in the application and supports them in their daily work with the rexx Suite. With the optional activation of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, you even have the advantage of extending the application to ‘world knowledge’.

As always, it was also about the much sought-after topic of recruiting. All the advantages of modern applicant management are combined in the HR software from rexx systems. With the expansion to the rexx Suite, the advantages of digital HR management, including digital employee file, come into their own. Talent management modules can be used to promote staff in a targeted manner.

Presentations by our HR experts on the topics of digitalisation and employer branding as well as the exchange at the HR Round Table rounded off the two eventful days.

rexx systems at Zukunft Personal Süd 2024

rexx systems made an early and successful start to the trade fair season this year: Zukunft Personal Süd took place in Stuttgart on 05 and 06 March 2024. Interested visitors were able to find out about the entire spectrum of the rexx Suite at our stand. Recruiting remains one of the biggest topics for interested parties.

However, our customer managers also provided insights into the extensive and modular HR software from rexx systems for other modules, such as Learning Management, Talent Management, Employee Self Service, the Digital Personnel File or the classics Personnel Management and Time Management.

This is continuously being developed and new features are added on a regular basis. Therefore, it is not only exciting for new prospective customers, but also for our more than 3,000 existing customers to discuss the latest developments at our stand.

New features: Applying via WhatsApp and Workflow Designer

In the area of recruiting, ‘Apply via WhatsApp’ was added as a new feature last year. Simple application channels are becoming increasingly popular in times of digitalisation and are particularly suitable for sectors with simple job profiles.

The whistleblowing module enables companies with 50 or more employees to comply with the current legislation of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

The Workflow Designer supports the mapping and implementation of personnel processes. It is highly flexible and can be customised to the needs of the individual company. The graphical representation of the workflows provides users with a transparent overview of the processes.

In the future, artificial intelligence in the form of RAI will also find its way into the rexx Suite and support users in handling the application.

As one of the pacesetters for digitalisation, rexx systems was represented on one of the numerous stages in front of a packed audience with presentations on important topics:

‘HR to power’ was the challenging title of our colleague Lars Wolkenhauer’s presentation. After all, the HR department is one of the most important departments in the entire company and definitely deserves more attention (and of course the best HR software). After all, this is where everything that holds the company together comes together: The personnel who are already in the company and want to be retained and new, promising candidates who will take the company forward in the future.

Two successful and intensive days at the fair are behind us. We are already looking forward to Zukunft Personal Nord in Hamburg in April. We will also be attending trade fairs in Austria and Switzerland.
