STIHL has been the world’s biggest selling chainsaw brand since 1971. Since its foundation more than 90 years ago the company has grown from a one-man business into a global chainsaw and outdoor power equipment manufacturer for professional forestry and agriculture as well as for gardening and landscaping; for the construction industry and for the demanding private user.
Presenting at the Personal Suisse 2017 conference in Zurich, Cornelia Bänziger, Head of HR at STIHL Kettenwerk, provided the audience with insight on the drivers that led her to search for a Talent Management solution, the rigorous evaluation process, and the reasons why they chose rexx systems. Together with Riccardo Schwick, Managing Partner at rexx systems Switzerland, Cornelia and Riccardo recounted how they started with STIHL’s core objectives, explaining project milestones all the way through to completion and the positive impact of the production solution on both the STIHL and its employees.
